About
Acer palmatum 'Fairy Wings' is a medium-growing, upright cultivar distinguished by exceptionally small leaves that are deeply lobed and finely serrated, dividing nearly to the petiole and creating a feathery silhouette. Spring foliage emerges orange with bronze tones, gradually transitioning to predominantly green by midsummer, then shifts to bright orange with yellow highlights in autumn. This cultivar typically reaches approximately 6 feet in height at maturity and performs well in full sun to part shade.
