Acer wuyuanense RARE!

Acer wuyuanense is a rare maple with deeply lobed foliage resembling A. palmatum. Its most distinctive feature is the rich chocolate coloration of new growth in spring and early summer, which gradually transitions as the season advances. Growth rate is moderate to moderately fast when young, eventually reaching 12-15 feet or taller with age. This species makes an excellent specimen for woodland gardens and partial shade settings.
