Acer shirasawanum "Red Dawn'

Acer shirasawanum 'Red Dawn' is a hybrid Japanese maple with rounded, deeply lobed foliage that emerges red to lavender in spring, transitions to emerald-tinged green during summer heat, and turns bright crimson in fall. The tree develops a multi-lobed leaf structure more complex than typical Acer palmatum cultivars. It grows as a small upright tree, reaching approximately 10-12 feet in height over 15 years, and performs best in part shade to full sun conditions.
