Acer rubrum 'Fire and Ice'

Acer rubrum 'Fire and Ice' is a STUNNING variegated red maple.  It is fairly slow growing and prefers some shade in the SE USA but is spectacular in full sun in the PNW.  'Fire and Ice' has been renamed several times - it was originally 'Shrimp Pink', then 'Snowfire' and 'Candy Ice'.  Regardless of the name, it is one of the more amazing variegated plants I have seen.  These tree should  be given a special place in your garden so it's great beauty can fully appreciated.  We have had extremely great difficulties in propagating this plant.   We have stuck literally thousands of cuttings and only have a few plants to show for the effort.  Very limited supply.
