Acer pictum Usugumo

Acer pictum 'Usugumo' is distinguished by deeply lobed leaves finely speckled with white variegation throughout the growing season. Foliage emerges pinkish in spring, gradually darkening to light green. This slow-growing cultivar reaches approximately 8 feet at maturity and benefits from afternoon shade in warmer climates to prevent leaf scorch.
