Acer palmatum 'Hubble's Super Cork' Pinebark Japanese Maple

'Hubble's Super Cork' is a corky pinebark Japanese maple selected for its exceptionally pronounced cork development, which appears earlier in the tree's life than other rough-barked selections, lending it a notably aged appearance while young. Summer foliage is green, transitioning to orange-red in autumn. This cultivar typically reaches 8-10 feet in height over 15 years, developing a distinctive textured trunk that distinguishes it among Japanese maple varieties.
