About
'Holy Sister Lucia' is a dwarf Japanese maple with a compact, upright habit, reaching approximately 6-7 feet tall and 5-6 feet wide at maturity. The leaves are red with a distinctive bright green cast, and the stems remain notably green throughout the growing season. Fall color transitions to bright yellow. This cultivar originated as a witches' broom mutation discovered in the wild.
