FOR PICKUP ONLY | Acer palmatum 'Hefner's Red' Japanese Maple | DOES NOT SHIP

Acer palmatum 'Hefner's Red' is an upright, densely branched Japanese maple selected as a seedling at Hefner's Nursery in North Carolina. The palmate leaves emerge deep maroon in spring and maintain this color through summer and early fall before shifting to a brighter red in late autumn; the cultivar exhibits notable heat tolerance and sustained color even in hot climates. The tree reaches approximately 12-15 feet tall in twenty years. Its consistent deep red foliage and upright form make it suitable for use as a focal point or accent planting in warm-climate gardens.
