Acer palmatum 'Green Globe' Rare Japanese Maple

Acer palmatum dissectum 'Green Globe' is a laceleaf Japanese maple distinguished by its upright, globe-shaped habit, which sets it apart from the more strongly weeping forms typical of dissected varieties. The finely divided foliage emerges bright green in spring, deepens to a rich green throughout summer, and transitions to yellow and orange tones in autumn. This compact, spreading tree typically reaches 6-8 feet in height over ten years, developing a dense, rounded canopy on a short trunk and serving well as a specimen plant in smaller landscapes.
