About
Acer palmatum 'Ginshi' is an upright Japanese maple of the linearilobum type, distinguished by its deeply divided, narrow leaf lobes that extend to the base, creating a fine, bamboo-like appearance. Spring foliage emerges bright red, gradually fading to bronze-red by midsummer before transitioning to brilliant crimson in autumn. The cultivar reaches approximately 6-8 feet tall at maturity and performs well in sun to part-shade conditions.
