About
'Dixie Rain' is a broad-leafed Japanese maple with deeply divided foliage that bridges the appearance of typical broad-leaf and laceleaf varieties. The tree displays an unusual spreading habit for its type, reaching 5-7 feet in both height and width at maturity. Spring growth emerges orange-red before transitioning to green, with new flushes maintaining the orange-red coloration to create seasonal contrast. Fall color shifts from yellow to orange tones.
