About
'Dark Straw' is a dissectum-type Japanese maple with finely divided, purple-red foliage and a distinctly weeping habit. The tree grows more slowly and remains more compact than typical laceleaf selections, reaching approximately 3-4 feet in both height and width after 10 years. It performs reliably in cultivation and maintains its refined, pendulous form throughout the growing season.
