Acer palmatum 'Celebration' Japanese Maple is in stock at 3 of the 4 specialty nurseries we track (Mr Maple, Japanese Maples and Conifers, Garden Treasures), as of October 12, 2026.
About
'Celebration' emerges in spring with vibrant pink-purple foliage featuring distinctive reticulated ghost-like variegation; in warmer climates, this variegation transitions to creamy tones with dark veined patterns by early summer, while new growth maintains the initial pink-purple coloring. Fall foliage deepens to intense fuchsia-red. This cultivar reaches approximately 10 feet tall within 10 years and performs best with afternoon shade, particularly in southern regions where protection helps preserve its variegated character.
