About
Acer japonicum 'Giant Moon' is a full moon maple distinguished by notably large, palmate leaves that emerge green and transition to yellow and red tones in autumn. This cultivar reaches approximately 10 feet in height over 15 years, developing a rounded, spreading form typical of the species. The oversized foliage provides an especially bold visual presence in the landscape, making fall color display particularly prominent.
