Acer japonicum 'Emmett's Pumpkin' Full Moon Japanese Maple

'Emmett's Pumpkin' is a full moon Japanese maple distinguished by unusually large, palmate leaves that emerge yellow-green with bronze overlay in spring, gradually fading to light or medium green through summer. As temperatures decline in autumn, foliage transitions through varying shades of orange and red. This cultivar grows to approximately 8-10 feet tall and 5-7 feet wide in ten years, developing a rounded habit that performs best in partial shade with well-drained, elevated soil.
