Acer circinatum Bort's Broom

Bort's Broom is a compact, densely branched cultivar of Acer circinatum with bright green foliage that develops bronze and cherry-red tones with increased sun exposure. This dwarf selection grows in a broad, bushy habit with predominantly basal branching, reaching approximately 4 feet at maturity. It tolerates full sun better than typical A. circinatum, though performance is optimized with morning sun and afternoon shade. Growth is notably fast and dense during the juvenile phase.
